Macro-Level Study (Commercial)
After the Micro-level survey was done and the data was visually represented, we moved further to conduct a Macro-level survey. We focused on how different restaurants, cafes, street vendors, caterers, etc., managed to deal with the waste food, how much waste food did they get everyday in an average.






I learnt that not many people are aware of this issue. And even if they are, they don’t tend to contribute towards it, or do not identify it as a problem. According to our survey and data collated, we found out the Restaurants as Stake Holders contribute the most towards this issue, but not up to the mark.
