In this session, we learnt the methodology of how to conduct a macro-level study report.

Following are the steps to be followed :-

1. Aim –
   • Aim in a larger intent
   • What it actually does
   • Issues/gaps identifies –
   • Documentation of ground research
   • Where and what are the issues related to the topic given
   • Look at the existing situation
     • Design your own representation of the data collated
       • Include stake holders
       • Use correct bibliography
2. Impact –
   • Gives you an area of focus
   • Narrows down a research
3. Case studies –
   • Also include the actual projects conducted before by the government or other organisations in your presentation
   • Its pros and cons would bring you to evaluate a conclusion.
4. Existing recommendations –
   • Existing policies by NGOs, government, etc.
   • Pros and cons
5. Conclusions –
   • Collating all the data
   • Reflection
   • Learning
6. Your personal Recommendations

-> Assignment – Make a powerpoint presentation following the methodology discussed in the class and include everything, from the research to the survey in the presentation accordingly.
